  My first visit was a pleasant one as far as greetings, I had Kellie and she didnt do what i wanted even showed her a picture and BUT, told her dont cut my length or trim the back and she did it anyways, told her short in front, sides and on top, nop that didnt happen, when she got done blow drying my hair i looked like a poodle, i was in shock just paid and left, was suppose to get 5.00 off for signing up on email and that didnt happen, thay are pleasant, just make sure its what you want and not them. Was hoping this woyld be my go to place, still looking for the 10yr plus experence
